Google API Services User Data Policy

Genum Mailops' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we access. With your authorization, the application accesses the primary email address of your Google Account (openid, .../auth/userinfo.email) and the events of your primary Google Calendar (.../auth/calendar.events).

How we use it. The email address is used once, when a calendar is connected, to
verify that the Google account you authorize is the same address as the mailbox
being connected. Calendar events are read to display your calendar inside the
application, and are created, updated or deleted when you make those changes in the application or answer a meeting invitation received by email. This data is never used to train, fine-tune or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model, and is never used for advertising or profiling.

What we share. We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with data
brokers, advertisers or any third-party AI service. It is processed on infrastructure operated by us and by our hosting providers acting on our instructions, and is disclosed to no other party except where required by law.

How we protect it. Data is transmitted over TLS. Access and refresh tokens are
encrypted at rest in our database. Access to a calendar is limited to users who have been explicitly granted access to the corresponding mailbox, and is checked on every request.

Retention and deletion. Calendar events are not stored by the application: they are retrieved from Google and displayed. Access and refresh tokens are retained only while the calendar connection exists. When you disconnect the calendar, or when the mailbox or the workspace is deleted, the grant is revoked with Google and the stored tokens are deleted. You can also revoke access at any time at
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
